HR Advisor 12months FTC - Slough - up to £30,000 depending on experience


Wade Macdonald are working with a well-known growing brand based in Slough who are looking to recruit a HR Advisor for 12months due to work load.

The role is a Generalist position where you will be involved in Employee relations, training and recruitment. In this role you will be involved in consultation and change management so previous experience of this is essential for this exciting position.

  • Coaching Line Managers in the correct application of company HR processes, policies and procedures
  • Provide advice and guidance to line managers on the use and maintenance of employee related systems/information
  • Works closely with HR Admin team (Ashby) to ensure efficient and effective HR transactions are completed for employees.
  • Supports the HR Business Partner with generalist HR work including recruitment, training and development, employee relations etc.

Our client is looking for someone who is confident and is adaptable with change and ideally you will be CIPD level 5 qualified.
