Finance Business Partner - Reading - £50,000 - £55,000
Our Client:
This multinational client, based in Reading, are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join a relatively new and developing dynamic team. The Finance Business Partner will maintain and control the reporting for a large entity of a multinational Software organisations.
The Role:
- Production of accurate TB, Management Accounts, and associated internal reports.
- Preparation of intercompany reconciliations, and review with the Financial Controller.
- Support divisional leader and key operational team members.
- Maintenance of rolling financial forecast, providing analysis of key programs, revenue streams.
- Liaison with European subsidiaries, and communication with UK and US.
About You:
- Part-Qualified Accountancy Qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA) or Qualified by Experience
- US GAAP Experience is desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills, and both written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent user of Excel, and Working with SUN system would be advantageous
- High attention to detail
- An eagerness to learn
- Demonstrable experience of continuous process improvement
