EMEA HR Coordinator - Slough - £26,000 to £28,000 - Initially 12 Month FTC

Working for an exciting global brand, this is a great opportunity for an individual to join a friendly HR team. The ideal candidate will come and assist them to revolutionise Human Resources and be a part of the team that helps to support and advise the talented employees. The team provide an HR service to multiple countries (EMEA), with responsibilities for HR administration, whilst supporting Managers and employees on general HR issues.

Key features include: -

  • Provide, support and guidance to managers and employees on day to day HR issues, across the EMEA region, in line with Strategy.

  • Operate to approved pre-defined processes and ensure these processes are adhered to.

  • Build effective relationships with HR colleagues to deliver best in class service.

  • Preparation and issuing approved employment contracts across the EMEA region.

  • Ensuring Starter packs are provided to all new employees.

  • Supporting with employee first day inductions.

  • Checking all documentation has been returned and completed by employees.

  • Preparing personnel files and ensuring they are updated at all times.

  • Checking on appropriate work permits - raise concerns with appropriate HR Business Partners.

  • Carry out background checks for new hires.

  • Support HR Business Partners and managers in the administration of all terms and conditions changes.

  • Supporting the Approvals Process for EMEA for all employee related changes.

  • Ensuring employee files are accurately maintained and are in line with GDPR.

  • Updating and maintaining HR Database with employee information.

  • Supporting Managing the process for Maternity, Paternity and Leavers.
