Billings Specialist - Bracknell - 12 month fixed term contract - £25,000-£27,000

Wade Macdonald are working with a leading Shared Service centre in Bracknell who are looking to hire a Billings Specialist. This opportunity comes with potential future opportunities after the 12 month fixed term contract so the ideal candidate would be available on short notice.

Working in a busy team environment, you will deal with:

  • Supporting invoicing including making sure VAT is correct.

  • Undertake reporting and analysis.

  • Assist with new processes.
    Highlight and report issues.

To be considered for this role you will need:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages, excel, word etc.

  • Excellent customer service skills to our internal and external clients.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

It would be great if you also have:

  • Previous experience in finance / billings.

  • Fluency in a European language.

  • Experience of using an ERP system (e.g. SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards).

This is a great role is you are available at short notice and able to commit for the next 12 months to working within a true team environment.
