Wade Macdonald are currently working with an exciting company, a world-leading provider in their industry, who are looking for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their fast-growing team!
What will be the responsibilities in this role?
  • Raising and Uploading invoices
  • Allocate cash collected and apply to customer accounts
  • Review aged receivables and chase debt
  • Managing customer accounts
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with stakeholders
  • Monthly accruals, payment information, reconciliations and reporting
What experience do you need?
  • At least 2 year’s experience working in an Accounts Receivable role within a high-volume environment
  • Strong analytical and IT skills particularly in MS Excel
  • Good knowledge of accounting system
