Accounts Payable Assistant - Colnbrook - £25,000 / £30,000
An introduction to the company and role:
Wade Macdonald are currently working with an exciting company, a world leading provider in their industry, who are looking for an experienced finance professional to join the team!
What will be the responsibilities in this role?
- Coding, posting and attaching Purchase Invoices and staff expenses, ensuring the purchase order process has been followed
- Process intercompany recharges
- Processing payment runs
- statement reconciliations
- Dealing with Queries
- Assist in recording accruals and prepayments based on expected expenses
What experience do you need?
- At least 2 years experience working withing an accounts payable role
- Experience working within a high volume environment
- Intermediate excel skills
- Good accounting system knowledge
