Talent Acquisition Manager - £50,000 to £55,000
A great candidate with a “can-do” attitude who has worked in talent acquisition / internal recruitment and has an exceptionally stable career in this field. Comes across very well, bright, bubbly with a really lovely personality. Having worked for the same organisation and progressed through to management they are now seeking their next challenge. With experience in talent acquisition that has been varied this individual has dealt with recruitment across the entire business covering everything from entry level role to senior management and leadership hires.
Experience includes:
Implementation and management of an ATS
Leading on head office recruitment from entry level to leadership and director level
Implementation and overseeing PSL and agreements with external suppliers
Review and developing assessments
Management of budget for recruitment for the organisation
On-boarding, inductions
Management of recruitment consultant
Management of job boards and adverting
Production of reports including headcounts, pay rates, staff retention
