Senior HR Manager, Europe - £60,000 to £65,000
Exceptional candidate, CIPD qualified and available at short notice. With a background of working in contracts and permanent roles this candidate has a generalist HR background and has as a result undertaken some impressive project work including Diversity and Inclusion, Recruitment, Strategy, HRIS implementation and Talent Acquisition. As a fluent German speaker and with a background of working across both UK and European organisations they are well versed in the nuances that come with working for both UK and European based companies. They come across exceptionally well, good communication skills, friendly, professional, and able to liaise with people across all business level.

Supported the HR Strategy and Services for the UK and European subsidiaries, providing strategic guidance and coaching
HRIS – new system roll out
Management of ER cases to conclusion and when required this has included settlement agreements
Talent development and recruitment
D&I strategy
Compliance – GDPR and IR35
