Skills include:

• Preparing and processing 6 global payrolls

• Manual SSP + SMP calculations

• Great legislation knowledge, keeping up to date with NI deductions and thresholds

• Preparation of all third-party payments (pensions, courts orders)

• Systems experience – Oracle, ADP, Excel, Sun Microsystems etc.

• Management of the p11d process

• Assist in monthly payroll reconciliations, reports and statistics
