An effective and confident communicator who is seeking their next role in internal recruitment, with the dedication required to succeed in a busy department. Possessing an in-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and procedures, advising senior management and influencing managers to hire using best practice procedures. Proven record of advising and supporting Business Partners and Senior Management teams. Excellent interpersonal skills with strength in building critical relationships, through positive influence and credibility.
Core Skills:
Proven work experience as a recruitment officer (BIOR qualified) with great generalist HR knowledge.
Ability to advise and create great relationships with those at all levels of the business.
Hands-on experience with recruitment ATS and HR systems.
Practical and logical; able to problem solve and work to tight deadlines.
Experience in multi-tasking and prioritising high volume workload.
Great use of IT packages: Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
