Achieves results through building good working relationships, effective communication and influencing skills. Enjoys driving engagement, retention and high performance. Comfortable managing a small HR team or working within a large HR team.
Establishing and improving the HR function often during a period of growth
Team management, supporting and developing team members
Responsible for recruitment, learning & development, reward and employee relations
Payroll, health & safety and GDPR
Providing remote HR advice internationally e.g. Australia, Dubai and the US
Part of a global project liaising daily with the US and EMEIA.
