HR Manager/ Business Partner - £45,000
This professional is unfortunately being made redundant so is seeking a similar role in HR. They are interested in taking the next step up as they are pretty much doing a managerial role already.
In the last few years, they have been in a stand-alone role HR role so have had full exposure to all aspects of HR and recruitment. They are level-5 CIPD qualified and have experience working with international companies, across a wide range of industries.
Further experience ranges from absence and performance management, to implementing COE HR initiatives to support business strategy.
They are known as motivated, resilient and results driven with the ability to develop and motivate client group to high performance standards.
They are skilled in communicating ideas, business partnering, stakeholder management and coaching at all levels for good HR practice.
