This is a vastly experienced Payroll professional that brings with them experience in EMEA, APAC, UK and US countries and an incredibly personable attitude.
They have greatly enjoyed contracting but is specifically seeking something longer-term within an organisation which they can grow alongside.
Their aim is to use the money they have earned from contracting since 2014 on a house deposit and as such, their main motivation for seeking permanency is seeking a more stable income. Seeking a remote role.
Their skillset includes:
Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) – Practitioner Certificate in Payroll Management
Managed and ensured each payroll (18 in total across 15 countries) was processed accurately and on time
Ownership of annual tasks such as P11Ds, P60s, T4s, W2s, 1095C
Liaised with 3rd party providers; submission of pension details; HMRC to file both EPS and FPS for payroll deadlines
Produced a range of reports using VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables to collate data and presenting these details for month end process for the management accounting team
Lead, manage, coach and develop direct reports, supporting the wider global Payroll team
