I’m currently representing a commercially astute and technically strong Financial Controller based in Oxfordshire. They are now starting to search for a new role to further their career. This particular individual has exceptional Finance Business Partnering capability, in depth understanding of technical accounting and people management experience of large teams within an SME environment. 3 Months' notice.

Brief overview of experience:

• Managing a team of 10 (Qualified, Part Qualified and Transactional)

• Finance Business Partner to Senior Directors

• Ownership of Company Budget Cycle

• Full overview of Company Accounting (Reporting, Cash Flow, Audit)

• Conducting team appraisals and training plans

• Manage the recruitment process for new team members
