Financial Accountant - £35,000
Personality-wise this candidates comes across as switched on and outgoing. With 6 years of experience in finance they have been with their current employer as a Financial Accountant for the past 3 years, doing a wide range of accounting responsibilities including the treasury, and banking processes.
Responsibilities include:
Setting up new bank accounts for each legal entity
Closing of bank accounts and providing KYC details for each entity
Day-to-day duties include journal entries, accruals, CAPEX reviews, Intercompany accounting
AP, expenses payment runs, cash forecasting, bank reconciliations
Month end processes including balance sheet reconciliation, VAT reconciliations, CIS return, intercompany reporting, and P&L reviews.
Knowledge of the following accounting systems: Oracle, Oneview & Cognos
They are seeking a step up from their currently role and progression (open to opportunities ideally within Financial Accounting).
