Previous Duties Include:
Purchase ledger processing
Sales ledger processing
Processing staff expenses
Bank and petty cash reconciliations
Overseeing payment runs
Line managing 3 assistants in regard to payments
Dealing with and raising purchase orders
Assist in preparing royalty statements
Assist in preparing forecasts
Assist with meeting financial reporting requirements
Assist with preparing management accounts
Various ad hoc accounting & admin tasks as required
