A Credit Controller managing accounts worth £5M monthly. Throughout their career they have managed all types of client relationships within various industries. Their greatest strength is the ability to swiftly build lasting rapport and think on their feet to explain complex industry ideas in a simple, engaging manner.

Skills / Achievements:

• Working with 200+ clients across various continents, customs and conscious of time zones.

• Managing client debt using various communication methods to strict targets

• 85% collections of due monthly debt and 90% collections of due debt at quarter end.

• Responsible for collating their tax audit documents and following company procedure to ensure any withholding tax can be claimed.

• Daily activities include credit checks, credit limit reviews and adjustments where necessary, cash posting and reconciliation for the company, updating all client records and liaising with clients on any changes.
