Assistant Financial Accountant - £35,000

I’m representing a fantastic, highly experienced, and driven Assistant Financial Accountant in the Basingstoke area who are looking for their next role. This candidate is CIMA part qualified, with extensive experience within the finance environment, having been promoted in their current company several times to their current position, where they feel they’ve now hit a glass ceiling and cannot progress anymore. 1 months' notice.

Skills include:

• Preparing and completing management accounting month end tasks in many different business areas

• Preparing and posting accruals, prepayments, reallocations, and cross charges

• Carrying out Cost/Income analysis

• Analysing actual against budget/quarterly forecast variances and delivering insights for the business

• Communicating with external suppliers and supporting the Finance Business Partners

• Producing management and cash flow reports

• Balance sheet reconciliations

• Responsible for designated Cost/Profit Centres.

• Perform financial control and improving processes
