ACA Big 4 - £60,000
Having spent 5 years with EY in London, this Senior Accountant is looking for a move into industry and closer to home in Reading. They are keen to find a Financial Accounting / reporting role within Berkshire. They're seeking £60,000 base, have excellent technical accounting experience with USGAAP & IFRS and come across great in person.
Snapshot of recent experience:
Providing regulatory and financial reporting support for cross-border capital markets transactions i.e., multiple US and European stock market listings, carve-outs and debt issues in the telecoms, life sciences, e-commerce and automotive sectors.
Supporting and managing the group audits for US and European listed companies across a range of industries. Coordination of workstreams across multiple cross-border teams to strict deadlines.
Supporting audit teams with the review of complex IFRS and US GAAP accounting issues particularly for newly adopted accounting standards (e.g., leasing, acquisition accounting, revenue recognition, business combinations, restructures, joint ventures, derivatives, defined benefit pension schemes, share option incentive plans and impairment models).
SOX and internal controls reviews and advisory services for improvements to controls processes for major listed companies in the telecoms and natural resources.
