Talent & Development Specialist - St Albans (Travel is required) - £26,000 - £30,000 + Benefits - Permanent
My fantastic client based in St Albans have had phenomenal success within the past year and are now looking to expand to the team for the exciting journey ahead!
The Talent & Development Specialist will be responsible for driving the design and delivery element of the companies Skills & Sales Academy. This will be a very exciting position geared towards a confident, organised and committed individual.
Accountability's of Talent & Development Specialist are:
Develop & implement in-house technical and soft skill training courses
Support annual Learning Needs Analysis
Maintain and develop processes and procedures as well as collaborate and communicate with key stakeholders to compile feedback
Design & deliver technical IT training as needed
Deliver virtual learning sessions for sales academy / skills academy
Create training plans to support common development themes
Create & distribute quarterly training reports for Group L&D Manager & Senior staff
Essential skills/experience required for this role:
Have experience within a Learning and Development role
Experience working within a training environment
Drive, commitment and self-motivation
Willingness to travel when required
Confidence in communicating at all levels
First-class organisation skills
Flexible approach, with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure
