Talent Acquisition Transformation Lead - Hybrid working

Berkshire (with some travel)

Salary: 75,000-85,000 plus bonus and benefits

The role

A real project-based role in which you will have an opportunity to drive the business and the talent acquisition offering across the organisation and the role will include:

Management of PSL including reviewing and implementing change

Reviewing job boards and management of LinkedIn recruiter licenses to ensure maximum potential is reach

Working with the senior management team in identifying a new ATS and implementation of this

Driving efficiencies across the group

Management of strategic partnerships

Design and implement recruitment processes and solutions

Analysis of recruitment trends

Ensuring compliance and defining processes to ensure that compliance is adhered to

Travel - this role will require some travel within the UK at least once per month and additionally across other countries occasionally.

What you will need to be successful

You will need to have a background of working and providing solutions both in terms of operational excellent and systems enhancements across a talent function.

Hands on, able to communicate effectively and work across multiple countries this role would be suited to someone diligent, with gravitas and with a background of putting together policies and frameworks for a Talent Acquisition team.
