** Talent Acquisition Specialist - Reading - £25,000 - £27,000 + bonus **

Wade Macdonald is currently working alongside a leading technology business based in Reading who are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Working alongside the Talent Acquisition Business Partner this role will support all internal vacancies across this growing company. Focusing on resourcing and recruiting exceptional talent, you will be building relationships with managers and stakeholders across the business.

Day to day tasks will include:

  • Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, online job boards, referrals

  • Co-ordinating the recruitment process

  • Screening candidates and booking interviews

  • Liaising and communicating with hiring managers

  • Assisting the wider HR team with payroll related activities

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Previous in-house recruitment experience

  • Using ATS, LinkedIn and other sourcing methods

  • Good Microsoft office skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and multi-task
