The company/Role

Wade Macdonald HR is working with a global company who is going through a huge amount of change. In this role your main priority will be to manage and provide deep analytics and insights to support the EMEA reward team and EMEA HRBPs to make informed decisions and manage sourcing of EMEA market knowledge, regulatory and statutory developments to strengthen reward practices and contribute to the development and design of reward policies and processes.

What you'll need to be successful

  • Experience in reward analytical work, including surveys, benchmarking and pay review/bonus review in multinational environment

  • Advanced excel modelling skills, with solid numerical and analytical skills, able to work with complex data, bring insights to data and presenting in a clear manner

  • Acute attention to detail, able to work quickly and manage competing priorities

  • Experience of reward design practices including pay, bonus and incentives, etc.

  • Familiar with on line compensation management tools, ideally Success Factors

  • Experience of reward within a change and international environment.
