I am excited to share I am working with a business services organisation near Hounslow. They have just undergone a big restructure and have lots of exciting growth plans. This is why they are on the hunt for 3 Senior HR Business Partners to join their friendly, flexible organisation. The primary responsibilities will be to play a strategic role in driving the human resources function within your allocated business area. You will provide coaching and leadership to people advisors and to collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies.

What will be the responsibilities in this role?

  • Develop HR strategies
  • Foster a collaborative and high performance culture
  • Lead and support initiatives

  • Be a trusted advisor to senior managers
  • Support the advisory team to provide guidance

  • Make data-driven decisions

What experience do you need?

  • CIPD level 5 or equivalent
  • Qualified by experience
  • Experience In a strategic HR role
  • Strong business acumen
  • Demonstrate experience in talent management
  • Working in a multi-site role (desirable)
  • Lead and influence change
  • Managed complex ER cases
  • Analytical mindset
  • Proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting
