Reward Manager (EMEA) - 12 month FTC - £70,000 + Excellent Benefits Package - Slough

Working for a famous brand, for this high profile role you will be working closely with the Reward team. The ideal candidate will have passion, real drive and energy!

You will be responsible for advising the regional HR team on all matters relating to Reward and proactively advise on creative solutions to attract, motivate and retain talent. You will be comfortable to make recommendations in the absence of frameworks, structure and reliable data - in a responsive and well thought out manner based on problem solving and analytical abilities.

Key features include: -

  • Develop attractive compensation packages in a new and highly competitive environment
  • Contribute to the evolving global Reward strategy, sharing business cases for change to reflect regional business objectives
  • Design and implement effective and efficient Reward programmes and processes (across both compensation and benefits), e.g. ownership of annual salary budget planning, performance and merit review and annual compensation cycle processes
  • Take ownership of our evolving reward communications strategy within the UK&I region
  • Extensive partnering and education of HR Business Partners, including up skilling on Reward
  • Design and implement Reward policies
  • Offer thought-leadership and market insight to the UK & I Leadership Team
  • Management of benefits partners and vendors
  • Management of work streams related to organisation design projects, working closely with colleagues across HR and Finance
  • Ownership of people analytics for the region including Business review reporting and analysis
  • Ownership of annual gender pay gap reporting
