Regional HR Business Partner - Uxbridge - up to £65,000 + Benefits

Wade Macdonald is working with an international luxury manufacturing brand who are seeking an operational / Strategic Business Partner to join their HR department. As a Regional HR Business Partner you will provide proactive, professional direction and support to internal customers across the business. Delivering a value-added HR service to the business whilst applying best practice HR solutions that meet the business needs.

  • Providing valuable input and expertise to client groups on the implementation of the people strategy and on operational activities.

  • Build strategic partnerships and relationships across all business areas to implement people initiatives across employee engagement, organisational design, change management, talent and succession, and learning and development.

  • Build a strong business relationship with the internal customers across the Group

  • Facilitate delivery of an on-going performance management review, reinforcing the importance of continuous and honest feedback.

  • Report on key performance measures across the groups, analyse data and provide insight and recommendations.

  • Providing valuable input and expertise to your groups in terms of complex employment relations, policies and practices, engagement.

  • Ensure consistency of application of our HR policies and procedures.

  • Delivering and manages complex business-critical HR related projects cross-functionally.

  • Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes.

  • Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks.

  • Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees.

  • Act as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management.

  • Design and maintain organisation people plans to improve performance across the Group.

  • Design succession plans for key talents and key job positions.

  • Challenge the organisational structure of the internal client and proposes changes.

To be considered for this role you will be commercially aware, focused, with a business minded HR partner. Adept at handling challenging situations to gain positive and constructive outcome. You will have the ability to understand business strategy/aims/goals and be able to recommend approaches that support the strategy, challenging the status quo when necessary. Be a strong influencing project Management and change management skills and with the gravitas to command professional respect at all levels.
