Our Client & About the Role:
I’m super excited to be working with this wonderful organisation! Supporting the Head of People, you will help lead, develop, support recruitment, and partner with key Operations and Departmental stakeholders to advise, influence and deliver the ongoing and anticipated future resourcing needs within their remit. You will create targeted action plans that focus on attraction, retention and relevant legislation. As part of our central in-house recruitment team, you will assist in providing an effective end to end recruitment process to our operational divisions.
Key Features:
- Partner with key Operations stakeholders, ensuring that their recruitment needs are met
- Provide specialist support and guidance on operational best practice in relation to recruitment and selection
- Daily management and leadership of the Recruitment Co-ordinator Team Leader and the Recruitment Administrator Team Leader, providing oversight of the recruitment team
- Work with the Head of People to develop and deliver the recruitment business strategy, working in conjunction with Senior Leaders
- Support the Team Leaders, ensuring that that recruitment strategies meet the business needs
- Ensure that our recruitment processes deliver a positive candidate experience from end to end
- Ensure that all recruitment campaigns are attractive and engaging and reach a diverse audience
- Developing advertising campaigns to ensure that they are attractive
