Recruitment Administrator - Maidenhead - £25,000 to £30,000

Wade Macdonald are working with a growing dynamic company business in Maidenhead. They are looking for a highly motivated individual to join their HR team at this exciting time of change.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all recruitment activities, in particular the placing of adverts on job boards.

  • Managing the Recruitment Inbox and distributing accordingly.

  • Implement a new applicant tracking and recruitment module as part of new HR systems implementation.

  • Arranging all interviews for Head Office and for roles at Sites when requested.

  • Interviewing candidates for the roles that you are taking the lead for.

  • Organising and running open days at Sites particularly for Production Operative roles as required.

  • Ensuring all administration associated with the recruitment is completed in a timely manner, including the sending out of assessments as necessary.

  • Act as a key contact for candidates and recruitment agencies where applicable.

  • General administration support for any ad-hoc tasks and projects.

To be considered for this role you will need to have a full clean driving licence as travel to the sites is an essential part of this role. Having previous recruitment experience is desirable. A high degree of computer literacy, excellent communication and administration/organisational skills along with the ability to work on your own are essential for this role. This is a great opportunity for the right person to develop and take ownership of the Recruitment function.
