Process Documentation Specialist - £30,000 - £45,000 - Wokingham 12-months FTC
A growing Financial Services business in Reading who provide services to a wide range of trust-based company pension schemes seek a Document Specialist to join their friendly and supportive team. You will work as part of the team and a larger cross department team established to assist in the review and integration project. You will report to the Project Owner and also organise yourself and your team.
You will be dealing with existing documentation to produce a single set of procedures, being able to stand in for the project manager when not present. This will involve talking with different offices and areas of the business to ensure that the processes are compliant and consistent with other areas practices.
What you'll need to be successful
You will need to have the ability to multi-task and respond to changing priorities and take ownership and responsibility for own work. You will need to be IT proficient in MS Office beneficial with the ability to create and manage documentation. The ideal candidate must be able to work as part of a multi-disciplined team and be ambitious, agile and helpful.
