Payroll Systems Specialist - Up To £40,000 + Exceptional Benefits - Central Reading
The company
Wade Macdonald are delighted to be partnering with a leading National brand in the recruitment of a senior payroll specialist. With modern, vibrant and open office space, this company has a large team which offers key progression.
The role
This is a highly strategic and technical role, working at team lead level, however high-volumes of people management will not be a focus. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Data extraction and manipulation from the Payroll system
Data loading from the Payroll system
Producing reports from the Payroll system
Software fixes and improvements of the Payroll system
Advising the wider payroll team how to improve processes
Working with management to ensure the smooth running of their high-volume payroll department
What you'll need to be successful
In order to progress within this position, applicants should:
Have proven hands-on and technical payroll experience
Have experience in using multiple payroll systems
Hold advanced skill in Microsoft Excel
Be a team player with a drive to progress
Have experience in processing high-volume UK payroll
