Payroll Manager (Immediate Start Required) - West Drayton - £40k
Our client is a market leader within their sector, and is seeking a driven and immediately available Payroll Manager to join their finance department. Reporting to the Finance Manager and managing one member of staff, this is an amazing opportunity to progress your managerial career.
The main responsibilities for this position is to ensure accurate and timely end-to-end payroll processing for the entire company, based within the UK. The main responsibilities of this role are, but are not limited to:
Compiling all data and implementing changes as required
Processing monthly payrolls for all staff alongside a payroll administrator
Dealing with SSP, SMP, and SPP
Ensuring the accurate processing of starters/leavers
Assist with the company pension scheme
Dealing with TUPE
Ensuring HMRC compliance
Dealing with other payroll related and ad hoc duties as required
What you'll need to be successful
To ensure your success in this position, it is essential that candidates are immediately available and flexible to interview. Alongside this, candidates must:
Be driven and thorough in their approach to work
Have strong systems experience
Be proficient in Excel
Have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Be a team player with a desire to progress
Have 3 years of payroll experience
Ideally possess a CIPP certification
- Strong TUPE and Pensions knowledge
