Payroll & Payments Administrator- Permanent- Central Reading- £20,000 - £24,000 per annum + added benefits

An exciting Payroll & Payments Administrator opportunity has become available within a fantastic SME Business. This fast paced professional services company is in the heart of Reading and are looking for a bright individual to join their small but busy team. This position is a great and challenging opportunity that will allow you to expand on your current skills as well as gain new ones.

As the Contract Payments Administrator you would be required to:

  • Processes multiple company contractor payrolls via online timesheet system with links to Accounts Payable/Receivable in accounting software

  • Dispatch contractor remittance advices and sales invoices weekly

  • Manage Ltd company payrolls on a weekly basis

  • Handle questions and queries regarding payrolls internally and externally

  • Manage daily bank reconciliations via the accounting system

  • Prepare weekly and monthly Gross Profit reports

To be considered for this great position, the ideal candidate should have:

  • Previous payroll experience including SMP (Shared Parental Leave)

  • Experience of Microsoft Dynamics Nav (Navision) or Sage 50 Payroll

  • Previous experience of (high volume invoice processing)

  • Proficient Microsoft office knowledge (Excel, Word & Outlook)
