Payroll & Administration Manager - Henley-on-Thames - Negotiable Salary

Wade Macdonald are delighted to offer this dynamic payroll manager opportunity, based in Henley-on-Thames!

The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent communication skills through email, telephone and in person. Organisation and strong attention to detail is key to success for this position. It is also essential that applicants have knowledge and application experience of Sage Line 50 Payroll & Accounts, alongside Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

This role is focus heavily on payroll. Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Using Sage Line 50 Payroll & Accounts

Processing Starters & Leavers

Processing DBS applications

Ensuring employee records are correct and up to date

Accurately Updating Timesheets

The administration aspect of this position will include, but not be limited to:

Answering the telephone

Placing orders with suppliers

Processing invoices to clients

Responding to emails

The Salary will be negotiable, based on prior experience.

Hours: 9am - 5pm

Job Type: Full Time

Essential Experience:

1 Year of Payroll

1 Year of Administration

Prior managerial experience of a small team / direct report is desired, but not essential
