Office Manager- Central Reading- £28000- £35000 Per annum + Benefits

A brilliant position has arisen in the heart of Reading. Wade Macdonald are recruiting an Office Manager for a fantastic IT company in central Reading. This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual to gain knowledge in a range of office departments.

As the Office Manager your duties would include:

  • Office Management of Maintenance, Mailing, Supplies, Equipment, Bills & Errands

  • Schedule general meetings and appointments for management

  • Organize the ordering of stationery and equipment

  • Office maintenance including handling repairs

  • Partnering with the HR department to update and maintain office policies as necessary

  • Providing administrative finance support, handling expense queries, invoice queries, credit control.

  • Organisation of office procedures

  • Provide general support to visitors

  • Assist in the on boarding process for staff

  • Handling employee queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous Office Manager or Administrative experience

  • A proficient knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

  • Strong communication and time management skills
