The company

Opportunity for someone with a background in compliance and contract reviews to work for an exceptionally high grow business in Bracknell and be a very important part of a well-established team.

The role

Working with a number of people in the leadership team and supporting them this role will include:

Responsibility for managing and keeping client terms up to date

Reviewing policies and other legal documents (with the solicitor)

Working with solicitors when needing to respond to queries

Agreeing new terms, variations to terms

Ensure that terms and policies remain compliant

Review ways in which to better manage legal documents and compliance documents

Manage the relationships with partners the business works with

Assist in the implementation of internal systems

What you will need to be successful

With previous experience in a compliance based role ideally our client is looking for someone who has an LLB or Law Degree and some knowledge or experience of ISO accreditation.
