Internal Recruiter - Bracknell - £40,000 + Excellent Benefits - Part-time 18.75 Hours

Working for a fantastic global business service provider, this great recruiter opportunity will report directly to the Head of HR. You will be managing end to end recruitment process from inception of application to selection of new employee in conjunction with HR BP/Advisor through to offer acceptance. This includes sourcing, applicant tracking, and co-ordinating interviews, in person and telephone interviews. Arranging testing and co-ordinating selection assessment materials/assessment centres.

Key features include: -

  • Managing the recruitment tracking database

  • To build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for business critical roles

  • Creation and posting of role profiles and internal adverts

  • Ensure all candidates supplied through all channels are eligible to work in the UK

  • Ensuring feedback to agents on PSL is timely with specific feedback

  • Searching for and screening suitable candidates

  • Establish and enhance positive relationships with internal managers and external suppliers

  • Managing Careers inbox ensuring timely review of applications and screening against current vacancies and pipeline required

  • Managing PSL

  • Put measures in place to ensure the quality or the candidate experience from all channels

  • In conjunction with HR Administrator produce quarterly recruitment metrics

  • Track monthly all recruitment spend verses budget

  • Provide critical business information upon request in a timely manner

  • In conjunction with HR Business Partner/Advisor develop clear job specifications and salary ranges

  • Take briefs from line managers as required to determine business requirements

  • Provide training and coaching to line managers on recruitment policies/procedures and ensure all managers are following correct procedures

  • Support Senior HRBP/Advisor with succession planning/internal moves and talent assessments to promote career development

  • Build recruitment relations across Europe and US in order to assist building global recruitment strategy in consultation with VP HR
