** Interim HR/Facilities Manager - Basingstoke - 6 Months - £300 to £350 per day **

Working for an extremely warm and friendly business, the interim HR Manager with report into the Site Manager & to the VP of HR. You will be required to maintain and enhance the organisation's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. HR is very viable in the business and key features include: -

  • Lead the Human Resource function with 4 direct reports.

  • Advise and guide line management with HR issues and where employees performance fails to meet expectations.

  • Maintain appropriate Human Resource records and be responsible for their security

  • Develop procedures and systems while advising the management team on matters such as training, and personal development/employee relations

  • Provide management information on such matters as sickness and absenteeism,

  • Pension co-ordination and payroll collation

  • Process recruitment function from requirement to induction

  • Advise on Manpower planning

  • Training and delivery

  • Liaison with external consultant on Occupational Health matters

  • Health surveillance for blue collar workers

  • Mediation and counselling to improve situations

  • Facilities, overseeing reception staff, cleaners, caterers and the plant people!
