** Interim HR Officer - Slough - On-Going - £200 to £250 per day - Immediate Start **

Working for a global media business, this is a unique opportunity to work very closely with the Head of HR and ideally they want an individual who can to hit the ground running! The HR division has been going through considerable change and will continue to do so. Times are very exciting and you could become involved in various projects moving forward.

Key features include -

  • Provide general day-to-day advice and HR support across the company in relation to all HR matters in compliance with statutory obligations and best practice.

  • Assist with HR processes and employee lifecycle.

  • Assist with a few ER cases

  • Maintain close communication and liaison with Payroll which is also going through changes, so some payroll experience will be extremely beneficial

  • Recruitment of new employees using specialist skills in order to obtain the best employees at a reasonable cost (60% of the role will be recruitment activities)

  • Assist line managers with queries, HR policies and best practice.

  • Working with line managers to provide clear advice and guidance and managing the relevant performance management processes as needed.
    Issuing of offer letters, contracts and variations to contracts.
