** Interim HR Manager - Slough - On-Going - £300 per day - Immediate Start **
Working for a global media business, this is a unique opportunity to hit the ground running and oversee the running of the HR team. The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and be able to start immediately. Key features include: -
Provide general day to day advice and HR support across the company in relation to all HR matters in compliance with statutory obligations and best practice.
Contribute to the management of the key HR processes and employee lifecycle.
Management of overseas employees.
Maintain close communication and liaison with the HR and Payroll Officer, ensuring changes to terms and conditions are communicated and the necessary authorised paperwork is obtained.
Recruitment of new employees using specialist skills in order to obtain the best employees at a reasonable cost
Training managers on HR Policies and practices and best practice.
Assist Head of Human Resources in managing the set-up of HR for any new businesses.
Issuing of offer letters, contracts and variations to contracts.
Involvement with disciplinary, grievance and performance management issues. Providing managers with sound and consistent advice.
Create and run a Company induction programme.
Working with line managers to provide clear advice and guidance and managing the relevant performance management processes as needed.
Assist in running the Company's 360 annual appraisal process.
Dealing with HR queries from Managers and members of staff regarding policies and procedures
