** Interim Regional HR Business Partner - 12 Months - £350 Per Day - Chiswick, W London **

The interim regional HR Business Partner will be joining at an exciting phase for this UK business. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will lead an HR team of 8 people managing the whole HR process. You will effectively integrate and apply your HR knowledge, expertise, leadership and organisational development principles.

You will partner with the business leaders to assess and provide HR solutions to c500 UK based employees.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and profitable company, who are looking for someone who combines tenacity with rigour, exudes sound judgement, demonstrates integrity and sensitivity and is a strong team leader. This role will involve travel throughout the south once a week with an over night stay on occasion.

  • Play a leadership role in implementing key, long-term interventions in the areas of employee and leadership development, talent readiness, employee engagement programs, organisational culture and diversity.

  • Help the business through transformations and adapting to changing business conditions.

  • Ensure effective application of the performance management programme.

  • Participate in all key hiring decisions.

  • Manage employee relation issues with a focus on risk mitigation and effective problem resolution.
