** Interim EMEA Payroll Manager - Slough - Initially 3 Months - £350 to £400 per day **

Wade Macdonald are working with a fantastic company based in Slough with their recruitment of an Interim EMEA Payroll Manager. This position will be responsible for leading a sizeable team of payroll professionals and will be vital partner within the business for simplifying and improving processes.

Responsibilities of EMEA Payroll Manager:

  • Drive continuous improvement within the business.

  • Develop and motivate a team of payroll professionals, whom operate the successful processing activity across EMEA.

  • Track monthly key performance indicators, informing management of any action required.

  • Prepare budgets and forecasts and manage costs on a constant basis.

  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders across the business.

Experience required:

  • Qualified CIPP or equivalent.

  • Proven UK Payroll Manager background, with Global experience.

  • Full knowledge of end to end processes.

  • Previous experience working in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
