HR Shared Services Team Leader EMEA - Hayes - up to £50,000 + Bonus + AMAZING Benefits

Wade Macdonald are working with a large international FMCG organisation based near Hayes. This role will be to lead a team of HR Administrators to achieve efficient and effective performance services to the business, providing seamless administration, transactional and standardised HR Services across key business areas with the goal to create an engaging employee experience for the business across EMEA employees and enable the business to achieve its objectives.

In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for any escalated or difficult queries that HR Coordinators are unable to resolve. You will be providing first class advice, support, guidance and training to managers and employees on a day to day HR issues.

Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for all HR related matters within EMEA including supporting and advising line managers and employees on the interpretation of HR policies, practices, agreements and best practices.
  • Work closely with the HR Business Units to ensure any knowledge articles/policies /information is up to date and available using existing platforms.
  • Work closely with the Business Units on key changes coming up that may involve change management initiatives; be a key player in working closely with the HRBP and team to ensure HR is operating seamlessly and efficiently.
  • Manage benefits administration, enrolling new hires, informing the benefit brokers of any changes, promotion of benefits, expert knowledge in all benefit offerings, approve invoices, and liaise with benefit brokers with queries and renewals.
  • Monitor and review absence, maternity and paternity leave, contract changes.
  • Manage payroll for the EMEA region, provide payroll changes to vendors, resolve payroll queries, review and approve or query payroll invoices.
  • Coordinate overseas assignments, incoming and outgoing, in collaboration with the HR team.
  • Produce Management Information/reports from existing systems e.g. SAP, Service Now that will support the business unit as and when data is needed e.g. Earned Income, Gender Pay Gap, Headcount, ad-hoc Reporting, Data Cleansing, Validation etc.
  • Partner closely with HR Business Units and provide up to date data required for significant periods of change e.g. reorganisations.
  • Actively participate in staff development and inter-department meetings.

Required Skills:

  • Ideally educated to degree level and/or with qualification of the CIPD level 5.
  • Very strong organisation skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Forward thinking with the ability to plan ahead.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced changing environment
  • Payroll experience.
