HR Shared Services Manager - up to £45,000 depending on experience - Bracknell

The company

Wade Macdonald are working with a global consultancy firm based in Bracknell who are looking for an experienced HR Shared Services Manager to head up the HR department.

The role:

  • Work in close collaboration with the HR Shared Service Centre (HRSSC) Manager, HRSSC Advisors and the Area HR Managers to ensure that the HRSSC KPIs are continually achieved.

  • Drive the performance of the HR Shared Service Centre Advisors so they continually meet/exceed the expectations of their roles.

  • Ensuring that performance is actively driven and the appropriate performance management processes and development are in place to ensure KPIs are continually met / exceeded.

  • Intervene / manage cases where HR Shared Service Centre Advisors need additional support, where service levels are in danger of not being met or cases are highly sensitive / client complaints have been raised.

  • Support an environment which supports outstanding customer intimacy, continuous improvement, quality, high employee engagement, high team performance and collaboration.

  • Manage your own and your team's compliance with health and safety rules, instructions, systems and legal requirements, ensuring employees are suitably trained and adequate resources are available to work safely.

What you will need to be successful:

  • Must be from a HR Shared Service background!

  • Proven background experience managing a HR team.

  • Ideally payroll experience

  • Be able to manage and drive Performance

  • HR qualification (CIPD 5 or equivalent)
