HR Services Manager
Location: London (closest tube Bank)
Salary: £60,000-£70,000

About the Job:
In this role, you will lead HR operational services, ensuring high-quality support throughout the employee lifecycle. You will manage a team responsible for handling HR queries, onboarding/offboarding processes, and NetSuite transactions.

Duties will include:

  • Overseeing HRIS records, ensuring data compliance with GDPR, HMRC, and FCA regulations
  • Implementing and improving HR procedures and processes for service enhancement
  • Managing monthly payroll submissions
  • Ensuring exceptional employee experiences and training on HR systems
  • Tracking and meeting KPIs for timely service delivery
  • Collaborating with third-party providers for effective case resolution
  • Maintaining accuracy and efficiency in HR systems with a data-driven approach
  • Escalating significant HR service issues when required

About the Successful Applicant:
You will have proven experience leading HR teams with a focus on service delivery and HR technology. An analytical mindset with strong communication skills, the ability to manage HR systems, and proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools are essential.
