If you are a CIPD qualified professional with experience of working at a HR Manager level role and are happy to be based in an office full time, then this could be a great role for you.

What will you be doing:
Working with the senior management team this is a very hands-on role and best suited to someone who has experience of working in a stand-alone environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Development of HR policies
- Ensuring ER issues are dealt with in timely and efficient manner
- Driving change
- Training and development
- Compensation and benefits review
- 360 Employee lifecycle – including engagement and on-boarding and contracts
- Reporting to senior management team.
What You Need to Apply:
A CIPD level 5 (minimum) qualified individual you will need to demonstrate good knowledge of UK employment law and have worked in a sole charge HR role previously. Able to work in a changing environment and able to demonstrate both operational and strategic experience.
