HR Coordinator/Advisor - 12 Mth FTC - Winnersh - £25,000 - £29,000

Working as part of a super fun and busy team, you will provide generalist support for the day to day operations of the HR function and produce all paperwork/correspondence. The ideal candidate will act as first point of contact for HR queries, maintain employee records in line with company and legal requirements, and ensure all HR records and databases are maintained and remain confidential with company procedures.

Key features include:

  • Provide first line advice and guidance to line managers and employees on HR related matters.

  • Manage end to end recruitment process for junior vacancies.

  • Coordinate annual review of benefits to ensure competitive rates are obtained.

  • Administer benefits, reconcile statements and assist with benefit claim issues as required.

  • Organise training as directed by HR manager and maintain training database ensuring records are audited every year.

  • Work with HR Manager to deliver activities in line with the employee engagement strategy and measure improvements against key HR stats.

  • Assist HR Manager in creation and review of company policies where appropriate.

  • Assist with annual salary review process and calculation of company bonuses.

  • Provide cover for the HR & Admin team as and when required.

  • All related HR Admin duties.
