EMEA HR Business Partner - Windsor - £55,000 to £60,000 + 10% Bonus + Excellent Benefits (with Parking)

Wade Macdonald is working exclusively with a hi-tech business based in Windsor who are looking for an EMEA HR Business Partner to join their very busy team. Reporting to the Senior HR BP, this is a fantastic role to work for a corporate business that still has a family feel to it. There will be a small amount of travel once every couple of months. Key features include: -

  • Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Assisting senior management in the development of solutions through organisational development and cultural and process-oriented perspectives, whilst assisting international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.

  • Hold weekly meetings with respective business units.

  • Consulting with employees and managers to address root causes of employee relation issues.

  • Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.

  • Coaching and supporting managers to deliver business plans and drive performance and capability improvement within their teams, including the creation of Performance Improvement Plans. You will also be responsible to create and deliver HR training.

  • Participates in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, workforce planning, and organisational change).

To be considered for this great role you will have a strong European HR background. You will ideally be CIPD qualified (however there is potential you will be offered sponsorship) and have a minimum of 8 to 10 years experience. Please do get in touch with Christina @ Wade Macdonald ASAP!
