Wade Macdonald is working with a global business which is looking for a HR Business Partner to join their HR department.

The role will be to provide a comprehensive operational HR service to allocated functions within corporate HQ (e.g. Customer, Marketing, Finance, R&D, Facilities, SQSE, Procurement, and Business Units) in line with agreed functional agendas including resourcing, talent development, and reward and employee relations.

  • To support the Head of HR in the delivery of the corporate HR agenda, including ownership of specific work streams as assigned.

  • To ensure the implementation of functional HR agendas to client groups within agreed timescales, e.g. performance calibration, engagement survey, salary reviews.

  • To work in partnership with the resourcing team to provide an effective and proactive approach to recruitment and talent attraction across corporate teams.

  • Complete HRP Talent Mapping process with functions in accordance with global/local policy and timescales ensuring that action plans are implemented and followed up.

  • Support line managers in the use of all corporate HR procedures, e.g. performance management, absence management) and provide advice on key aspects of employment law as required.

  • To regularly review and report to functional senior leadership teams on departmental corporate HR KPIs and provide support and advice to managers as necessary, e.g. complete retention reviews, salary benchmarking processes, employee engagement survey action planning.

  • To play a key role in the continuous improvement of the corporate HR function.

  • To facilitate the delivery of change projects and departmental re-organisations and all related people issues as required.

  • To develop and implement training plans for key functions, linked to ad-hoc initiatives or ongoing requirements.

To be considered for this role you will be immediately available and ideally be from an FMCG background or have covered corporate functions in a previous role. You will be able to hit the ground running and use to an ever changing business environment.
