HR Business Partner, Reading, £50,000
As the HR Business Partner, you will be working on people projects for a large organisation based in Reading. A focus on this role with be HR strategy and will partner with senior stakeholders.
The day to day tasks of this role will be to generate and implement people plans to improve people practices and initiatives.
Work with senior stakeholders in a variety of projects ie talent, learning, right sizing, organisation development, and performance management.
Develop a collaborative approach to yearly process such as reviews, employee development.
Prove HR policy improvement on ER to keep in line with legal regulation and rules.
Work with managers on succession planning and multi-skilling.
As the idea candidate, you will have
- A CIPD or equivalent qualification
- Experience in working with changing employment law and policies
- Design and implementation of HR Projects
As the successful candidate, you will receive a salary of circa £50,000 along with an excellent benefits package.
