HR Business Partner - Slough - Permanent - £40,000 - £45,000

Wade Macdonald has partnered with a forward-thinking technology business who are looking for an engaging, adaptable, high energy HR Business Partner to join their successful HR Team.

  • The ideal candidate will create a culture of excellence, encouraging staff to be their 'best' selves through mentoring and coaching projects, well-being programmes and personal development. The role will support and partner with the business to cultivate their brand, vision and values, as well as delivering and executing day to day high-quality HR service to all employees.
  • Reporting to the HR Manager, this is an exciting role within a growing business, to drive and implement change, whilst managing and guiding the HR function activities, such as ER issues, training, recruitment, on-boarding and policies and procedures. This role will support the UK and EU function so some overseas travel will be required with this role.

The successful candidate will have previously worked within the IT / Technology sector (or similar professional services environment), have 5/6 years in an operational, hands-on HR role, as well experience driving strategy within HR and ideally have previously implemented or supported a training or coaching programme within their business. The candidate will be a true people person, personable and energetic.
